Care Manager - Residential Aged Care
Are you an experienced Clinical Manager ready to step into a leadership role where you can influence care outcomes and be part of a highly respected aged care non-for-profit provider? This is a key leadership position where you will act as the second-in-charge, providing clinical oversight across the entire site while supporting a strong and stable facility in North Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the home
* Support and mentor Clinical Nurses, RNs, and ENs
* Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality improvements
* Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
* Strong head office clinical support including Nurse Practitioners, Wound Specialists, Educators, & Auditors
About You
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Care Manager (or similar leadership role)
* Strong knowledge of aged care clinical standards, accreditation, and compliance
* Passion for leadership, mentoring, and improving resident outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
