You'll make an impact by:
* Leading the future of Dubbo's open spaces by driving strategic planning and asset management that shapes parks, reserves and community infrastructure for a growing region.

What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Open Space Planning, Landscape Architecture, Asset Management, Project Management, or related discipline, or extensive demonstrated experience.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic planning for parks and open space infrastructure at a team leadership level with responsibility for staff supervision.
* Comprehensive experience in total asset management, contract management and project delivery for open space and infrastructure projects.
* Highly developed communication, leadership and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including developers, community groups and internal teams.
* Demonstrated ability and experience in leading multi‐disciplinary project teams in asset management, planning and construction delivery.
* Demonstrated competence in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, MS Project and asset management systems.
* Sound understanding of open space planning principles, asset management practices and project management.
We would also love you to have
* Demonstrated experience in grant funding applications and stakeholder engagement for open space projects.
This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $88,171 to $102,468.
