Project Managers - Sustaining Capital Works
Due to recent contract awards, Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking Project Managers for sustaining capital project work at a Mineral mine in the South West.
About the Role
This site-based role will operate on a DIDO basis and involves managing sustaining capital project packages valued between $5 million and $50 million.
The role supports our client in delivering projects from planning through to completion & handover. This includes ensuring alignment with the planning, execution & delivery of the scopes of work.
The role is accountable for ensuring all mechanical project work performed meets project objectives, complies with client technical specifications and maintains the integrity and reliability of plant assets.
* Develop project execution plans, schedules & budgets
* Subcontractor management to support consistent & high-quality project delivery
* Track progress against defined deliverable metrics to meet timeframe & budgets
* Alignment of divergent stakeholder expectations
* Ongoing development, review and improvement of site standards, HSE, change management and procedures
* Tertiary &/or trade qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related disciplines
* Extensive proven experience in project management in a heavy industrial/mining environment managing project packages $5-$50 million in value
* Valid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements
