Night Manager – The Peppers Manly & Club Wyndham Manly
Responsibilities
* Overnight operations of the front desk
* Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries
* Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure
* Public area cleaning and after-hour owner requests
* Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
* Conduct daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets
* Reception duties including check-in and check-out
* Maintain hotel security and safety
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory role
