Short Summary
To act as a \"Business Partner\" to the client leadership, managing the operational rhythm of the segment so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.
Responsibilities
* Complex Calendar Management: Proactively managing high‐volume calendars, prioritizing meetings across multiple time zones.
* Regional Rhythm of the Business: Organizing and facilitating All Hands meetings, leadership offsites, customer meetings/events.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal executives and external C‐suite customers from major accounts.
* Travel & Expense Governance: Coordinating complex international and domestic travel, ensuring strict adherence to Cisco's corporate policies.
* Advanced Coordination: Expert-level proficiency in Outlook, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Confidentiality: Proven experience handling sensitive organizational and financial data.
* Proactivity: Ability to anticipate leadership needs and resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
