Implementation/Customer Success Manager – AI Health Tech (Founding Hire)
I'm working with a high growth AI Healthtech startup building the operational infrastructure for modern healthcare organisations. Their platform supports large, distributed clinical and operational teams by streamlining critical patient communication and administrative workflows at scale.
This is a rare opportunity to be the first dedicated Customer Success / Implementation hire, owning the full post sales journey across complex enterprise healthcare deployments and helping shape how customer delivery is run as the company scales.
You'll work directly with founders, enterprise healthcare stakeholders, internal product and engineering teams to ensure customers successfully move from pilot through to full rollout and long-term adoption.
This is a highly hands on role with real ownership across delivery, relationships, and operational execution. You'll be joining a team of ambitious operators and engineers with backgrounds in high growth startups and leading tech companies.
What you'll do:
* You'll be responsible for taking customers live in complex environments, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, driving implementation momentum, and ensuring customers see real operational value from the platform.
* You'll play a key role in building the foundations of the customer success function as the business grows.
Ideally, your experience looks something like this:
* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions, Consulting, or related enterprise client facing roles
* Experience working in B2B SaaS, healthcare tech, or complex enterprise software environments
* Strong background in managing end-to-end customer implementations or deployments
* Comfortable working across technical and operational stakeholders in large organisations
* Naturally organised, structured, and execution-focused
* Confident working in fast paced, ambiguous startup environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
* Commercially aware, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
* Motivated by ownership, impact, and building something from the ground up
