PTM Pilbara Traffic Management has been a leading provider of traffic management and rail safeworking services throughout WA for over a decade. We partner with clients across mining, civil construction and infrastructure to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of light vehicles (including tyre changes)
* Clean and prepare vehicles and equipment for site deployment (including occasional site visits)
* Maintain traffic management equipment including traffic lights and VMS boards
* Load and unload equipment (manual handling and forklift operation)
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the yard and workshop
* Conduct regular inspections of fleet assets and yard infrastructure
About You
You are reliable, proactive and enjoy working in a hands‐on role where no two days are the same. You take initiative, work well independently and are committed to maintaining high safety and presentation standards.
* Mechanical aptitude, trade skills or strong practical experience
* Experience coordinating fleet, plant or operational assets
* Previous exposure to traffic management equipment (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* A continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
* Confidence using systems, registers, scheduling tools and booking platforms
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
* Current WA C Class Drivers Licence (HR Licence - Highly Desired)
* Construction White Card
* Ability to pass a comprehensive pre‐employment medical including frequent drug and alcohol screening
