We're looking for a warm, motivated and people-focused Centre Leader to lead our Maroochydore dental centre — a small, welcoming clinic where patient care and team culture truly matter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading in a close‐knit environment where you can make a real impact every day.
You'll have the autonomy to run your centre, build strong relationships with patients and practitioners, and be supported by experienced regional leaders who want to see you succeed. Support will also be available from the previous Centre Leader, who has recently relocated, providing handover knowledge and guidance.
What you'll be doing
* Leading the day-to-day operations of a friendly dental clinic
* Coaching, supporting and developing your team
* Managing rosters, patient flow, stock control and centre presentation
* Supporting clinicians to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
* Delivering an exceptional patient experience from first contact to follow‐up
* Monitoring centre performance and identifying opportunities for growth
* Partnering with your Regional Leader to drive success
