Bugardi is seeking experienced FIFO HSEQ Advisor to join our growing team.
* 8:6 roster
* June - September project duration, potential for long-term
* Brockman Syncline in the Pilbara region of Western Australia
What You'll Do
The position will be responsible for site-based HSE activities including inspections, audits, incident and hazard management, coaching frontline supervisors and workers, supporting compliance with client requirements, and assisting with quality documentation such as ITPs, ITRs and project records as required.
What We're Looking For
* Construction & Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working within construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments, with a strong understanding of site operations and project delivery requirements.
* HSEQ Expertise: Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, regulatory compliance, risk management principles, incident investigation, and continuous improvement practices.
* Safety Leadership: Proven ability to influence and promote a proactive safety culture, engaging employees, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve positive HSEQ outcomes.
* Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships and effectively engage with personnel at all levels of the organisation.
* Operational Agility: Flexible and responsive approach to supporting dynamic project environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational requirements.
* Business & Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of business operations and the role HSEQ plays in supporting organisational performance, compliance, and risk management. Qualifications or experience in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
* Coaching & Influencing Skills: Ability to provide practical guidance, training, and support to leaders and teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.
* Mobility & Flexibility: Current driver's licence with the ability and willingness to travel between sites and projects as required.
* Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
