This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in contract administration and procurement within the construction industry, ready to take ownership across multiple high-impact developments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier & Subcontractor ManagementLead the selection and tendering process for subcontractors and suppliers across various projects.Facilitate pre-award meetings and prepare subcontract agreements and scopes of work.Coordinate subcontractor progress meetings and manage drawing distribution.Process valuations, monthly certifications, and manage variations and delay claims.Evaluate subcontractor performance and contribute to benchmarking insights.Compile handover checklists at practical completion.Prepare monthly cost control reports for assigned projects.Head Contract AdministrationMaintain variation and extension of time registers.Prepare monthly progress claims and ensure compliance with contract terms.Issue notices and correspondence in line with contractual obligations.Programming & SchedulingDevelop and maintain procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.Financial ControlRaise and reconcile purchase orders.Track and reconcile subcontractor and supplier claims and variations.Maintain project cash flow forecasts and issue release forms as required.Skills & AbilitiesProven experience in contract and procurement advisory within commercial construction.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage HR and IR matters with professionalism.Sound knowledge of OHS legislation and compliance.
