The Mission: Operational Command
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be the linchpin of the daily delivery, ensuring that site reality aligns perfectly with technical specifications and client expectations.
Core Responsibilities
* Resource Orchestration: Coordinate the daily deployment of technicians and specialized equipment. Optimise team movements to maximise productivity across every metro, commercial, or residential project.
* Project Delivery Lifecycle: Lead the transition from mobilization to final handover. Oversee on-site progress to ensure all works are completed within quoted labor hours and professional standards.
* Audit-Ready Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all resources, specifications, and materials utilised. Ensure a full audit trail of labor and proprietary products used for every project.
* Technical Quality Authority: Act as the final authority on quality. Ensure Site Supervisors and Team Leaders are maintaining the "one-time fix" technical standard across every injection point.
* WHS & Compliance Ownership: Own the safety process, including site-specific SWMS and crew inductions. Ensure strict adherence to NSW safety regulations and Tier 1 infrastructure compliance standards.
* Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary bridge between site reality and client needs. Resolve technical issues professionally with site foremen, engineers, and clients.
* Variation Management: Identify and track all duration and scope variations in real-time. Document deviations accurately to ensure that commercial adjustments are captured.
* Operational Data Capture: Oversee meticulous project documentation via digital injection logs, site photos, and "Crack Mapping" reports for warranty validation and client sign-off.
* Daily Productivity Reporting: Submit daily delivery dockets detailing precise resource allocation, team compositions, labor hours, and specific product volumes used per client and per site.
Profile & Requirements
* Target Background: Senior Remedial Supervisor, General Foreman, Civil Construction Superintendent, Trade Services Operations Manager, or Site Superintendent.
* Professional Experience: 8–10 years in civil or remedial construction, with 3+ years managing multi-site workforces (15+ people).
* Technical DNA: Hands‐on tools experience is essential. Experience with concrete remedial works or pressure injection expertise are highly regarded.
* Education: A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (Degree or Diploma) is highly regarded; however, candidates with a strong background in Construction Management and proven technical mastery in remedial environments will be equally considered.
* Operational Availability: This is a 100% onsite/in‐office role (Lane Cove HQ + Sydney Sites). Must be available for 5 days/week + Night Shifts + Weekend Shifts + On‐Call requirements.
* Software: Advanced MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
* Credentials: White Card, Work at Height certification, and NSW Driver's License are required.
