This is a hybrid role combining inside sales, local field prospecting, and attendance at industry events. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with regular local travel and occasional interstate travel as required.
While the role is listed in Brisbane, we'd particularly love to hear from candidates based on the Sunshine Coast or Moreton Bay region who already have strong local business networks and enjoy building relationships in their community.

Role Description
This is a full‐time remote role for a Business Solutions Manager – Inside Sales. The person in this role will identify and develop relationships with potential business clients, analyse business requirements, and provide tailored solutions that align with SumUp's offerings. Additional responsibilities include managing sales funnels, streamlining business operations, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. A critical aspect of this role involves continuously enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills essential for understanding data, interpreting results, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
* Knowledge of business processes and business analysis, with the ability to identify pain points and suggest strategic solutions.
* Proven sales proficiency and experience in managing client relationships and fostering new business opportunities.
* Project management experience, including effectively planning, organizing, and executing initiatives.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders and drive results.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross‐functional teams.
