You'll oversee a defined industrial precinct across Queensland, taking ownership of day‐to‐day performance while supporting and guiding a small, capable team. It's a practical, well‐supported role on a high‐quality Charter Hall Industrial & Logistics portfolio, offering flexibility, autonomy and long‐term career progression.
What you'll do:
* Lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers across a large QLD industrial and logistics portfolio
* Hands‐on management of a select number of key assets within your precinct
* Act as the primary portfolio contact for the client, providing operational leadership, insight and trusted advice
* Drive performance across all aspects of facilities management including contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
* Foster a high‐performing, collaborative team culture built on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
* Play a key role in ESG delivery, safety leadership, risk mitigation and asset resilience across the portfolio
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* Proven experience managing facilities operations across industrial and/or logistics portfolios
* Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and operate in a senior stakeholder‐facing role
* A leadership style focused on coaching, development and team performance
* Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance, risk management and lifecycle asset planning
* Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget and service contract management
