Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
* Supervise, train, and support staff members
* Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
* Handle scheduling, staff performance, and team motivation
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health regulations
* Assist with budgeting, sales goals, and operational reporting
* Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking employees and customers
Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Mexican or Latin cuisine and culture
* Experience with POS systems and inventory management
