As a Maintenance Officer You Will
* Independently identify, assess, and resolve maintenance issues during after‐hours.
* Prioritise and manage tasks to ensure continuity of service and safety across facilities.
* Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure handover to the Maintenance Coordinator.
* Conduct routine inspections and initiate corrective actions to mitigate risks.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
To Be Successful, You'll Have
* Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
* Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
* Completion of a Post‐Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
* Relevant building maintenance and construction knowledge
