Strategic Initiatives Manager
The role of Strategic Initiatives Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and coordination of major strategic submissions, including Pricing Submission, Urban Water Strategy, and Corporate Plan. The manager ensures these submissions are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with clear alignment to the organization's strategic objectives, regulatory obligations, and customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Manage Project Plans
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues to stakeholders as required.
* Apply consistent management practices aligned to Enterprise Investment Management Office.
* Ensure consistency of key messages across all forms of Corporate Submissions.
* Prepare routine status reports and briefing papers to the Executive, stakeholders, and Board as required.
Program Goals: Delivering strategic submissions that meet organizational objectives, maintaining high standards, and ensuring timely delivery.
