Restaurant Team Leader
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to provide a high level of service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
This role involves being fully conversant with the menu and daily specials when taking orders from guests, upselling wherever possible. The team leader will also ensure that all guest requests are actioned accordingly and presented correctly.
Daily Tasks:
* Take orders from guests and ensure accuracy of orders
* Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
* Ensure all guest requests are actioned accordingly and presented correctly
* Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within the immediate team and wider hotel team
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a way that reflects highly on the hotel and brand
* Neat personal presentation
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (QLD RSA)
