The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and technically minded Real Estate Software Support Specialist to join our high-performing support team. If you thrive on solving complex issues, enjoy helping others, and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience, this role is for you.
As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is not just about troubleshooting, you will be diving into user challenges, identifying root causes, and helping shape a seamless product experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
* Investigate and resolve technical issues by replicating client scenarios and identifying root causes.
* Log, manage, and monitor support tickets through to resolution.
* Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and improve help guides and self-service resources.
* Capture user feedback and insights to help improve the product.
About You
* You have experience in a customer support or technical support role.
* You are curious, analytical, and love solving problems.
* You are confident communicating with customers and can explain complex ideas simply.
* You are adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with a calm and positive approach.
* Experience in real estate, property technology, or SaaS is a bonus.
