Main Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire Membership Consultants to achieve targets and close sales.
* Drive new membership growth through strategic planning, local marketing, and prospecting.
* Deliver results through KPIs, accountability, and high-performance energy.
* Build a winning culture that thrives on success, excellence, and results.
* Develop and execute lead generation strategies including B2B outreach and community events.
