In the fast-paced world of Australian agriculture, Hutcheon & Pearce delivers the Hutcheon & Pearce Service Truck Fleet for John Deere machinery servicing. This role involves travelling to customers' farm locations within your Area of Responsibility (AOR) to service a wide range of John Deere machinery.

Assure
Responsibilities
Perform servicing and associated inspections on agricultural equipment.
Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments and in-field service, repair or maintenance work.
Perform quality work in a neat and orderly fashion.
Participate in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge, and any other nominated specific learning areas.
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
Maintain high level condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
Account for all time in Enable and for all material used in performing assigned duties.
Additional preferred skills and experience
Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
A Valid MR license (We can assist with this)
