We are expanding our workforce due to growth in our Surface drilling operations and are currently taking applications for Driller Assistants with a strong commitment to Health & Safety and teamwork. This is a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
What does a Driller Assistant do?
* Conducting Daily pre-start equipment and safety checks
* Assisting with mixing drilling mud's/fluids/chemicals/cement
* Assisting with loading and unloading heavy vehicles & rig set up
* Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
A few things we're looking for:
* Previous experience working in a physically demanding role. Previous offsiders experience is highly regarded but not necessary.
* HR-B or HR Unrestricted Drivers License (or working towards is essential)
* Current C Class Manual Driver's License (essential)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test and full functional assessment
* National Police Clearance within 6 months (or ability to obtain one)
* Currently living in WA (essential)
* All candidates will be required to submit a recent National Police Clearance and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.
