VDW Electrical is a locally owned, family‐run electrical business servicing Bunbury and the South West. We've built our reputation on quality workmanship, reliable service, and strong relationships with our clients and team.
With steady growth across residential, commercial and light industrial projects — and expanding work in solar and energy solutions — we're looking for a qualified electrician to join the team and grow with us.
The Role
This is a varied hands‐on role working across:
* Solar installations
* Split system installations
* New builds with custom and bespoke builders
* Residential and commercial installations
* Service and maintenance work
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of jobs, work independently, and help lead projects as the business continues to expand.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a qualified electrician who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a reliable, down‐to‐earth team.
Requirements
* Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence
* Experience managing jobs from start to finish
* Ability to lead apprentices
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
* High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
* Current driver's licence
* Solar experience (preferred), or willingness to upskill in solar installations
