Your Day-to-Day: Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Cairns practice. Provide supervision and support to junior clinicians where required. Complete fortnightly line management catch-ups with each team member. Liaise with and report back to Directors. Carry a 65% clinical caseload within the clinic that can be tailored to your interest area and scope. Additional Benefits: Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 Benefits Manager incentive scheme: Short-term incentive bonus scheme Flexible working options: Flexible start and finish times, 9-day fortnight, half-day Friday model or one RDO every four weeks. Professional development: $1,000 PD allowance and 2 days paid PD leave, with an additional $500 PD available for clinicians meeting billable targets. Bonus opportunity: 12-15% bonus paid on billables exceeding targets, based on client charge rate. Travel support: Company vehicle available in Cairns, with personal vehicle use reimbursed at 98c per km when required.
