Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker.
* Deliver high-quality personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with medication administration, ensuring clients receive their prescribed medication on time
* Support clients with meal preparation and domestic tasks, promoting independence and well-being
* Provide transport to medical appointments, shopping, and community outings, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging
* Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support clients with complex care needs
Promote client independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction
Requirements:
* Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar
* HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication unit
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
