Service Coordinators are sought to work in the field of service coordination. The role is to be a central point of contact for customers and technicians, coordinating job requirements, allocating labour, managing work orders, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
About the Role
This position is a Monday to Friday, 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity with a well-established company that provides services to the resources, general construction, civil transport, commercial construction, power systems, government, primary industries and marine sectors.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Coordinate daily service activities and technical schedules
* Create, manage and close work orders
* Maintain strong communication with customers and other stakeholders
* Liaise with technicians, parts and workshop teams to optimize workflow and efficiency
* Ensure accurate records and documentation
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Qualified and experienced in business administration or similar
* Industry knowledge in service coordination, scheduling, or administration within mechanical, automotive, or heavy equipment industries
* Systems capability with computing, including Microsoft AX and Power BI
* Safety focused and committed to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety
* Customer-oriented communicator with highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills
