Lucas Collective is looking for a vibrant and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team! This hands‐on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, energetic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
As Bar Manager, you will oversee service delivery, maintain the bar, and develop your crew, all while embodying the values of Lucas Collective. Your service skills are top‐notch, expansive knowledge and you have a strong guest focus that leaves a lasting impression.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Experience in leading high‐performing bar teams
* A solid understanding of management practices
* Exceptional service skills with a strong guest focus
* Adaptability and ability to thrive in high‐pressure service periods
* Extensive knowledge of cocktails and beverage production
* Experience with stock control and inventory management
* Ability to build effective relationships and create a team culture
* Organisational and time‐management skills
* Consistently meeting and exceeding GP targets
* Labour Management and Work, Health & Safety compliance
