We're a small, close-knit paraplanning business on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for someone special to join our team.This isn't a role that requires a financial planning degree or years of industry experience. What it does require is someone who genuinely cares about doing careful, accurate work - and who takes pride in getting the details right every single time.
What you'll be doing
You'll work directly alongside our Director and senior paraplanner, supporting the production of financial advice documents. The senior team handles all the strategy and complex thinking - your role is to take their structured brief and assemble a polished, professional document ready for final review.
Think document formatting, data gathering, sourcing product information, and keeping things moving through our workflow. It's process-driven, detail-focused work - and if that sounds like your kind of thing, you'll love it here.
What we're looking for
The most important things to us aren't on any CV. We want someone who is:
* Loyal and genuinely kind - we're a small team and culture matters to us
* Meticulous with detail - you notice the things others miss
* Comfortable following a process carefully and consistently
* Reliable - you show up, you do what you say you'll do
A background in bookkeeping, legal administration, office management, or similar document-heavy work would be a great fit. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is important. Financial planning knowledge is not required - we'll teach you what you need to know.
