Together, we provide diagnostic medical imaging services across Australia, supported by advanced technology and subspecialty-trained radiologists to deliver high standards of care. The Graduate Program is designed to help you transition from university into clinical practice with structured training, hands-on experience and ongoing professional support. Graduate pathways are available across our national network of clinics.

What's the Role?
As a Graduate Radiographer, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while developing your clinical confidence and technical expertise.
Under the Guidance Of Experienced Clinicians, You'll
* Perform General Radiography examinations and develop competency in CT imaging
* Deliver exceptional patient-centred care with professionalism, empathy and compassion
* Maintain high standards of image quality and radiation safety
* Interpret imaging requests and perform examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and legislation
* Collaborate closely with Radiologists, fellow clinicians and support staff
* Participate in ongoing education, training and quality improvement initiatives
* Develop your clinical decision-making, communication and patient management skills

Locations
Graduate opportunities are available in Nerang / Coomera, with exposure across other clinics within the region. Please indicate your preferred locations within your application.
Is This Role Right for You?
To Be Successful In Our Graduate Program, You'll Have
* Completion (or expected completion in 2026) of a Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification
* Current or eligibility for AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
* Current or eligibility for a Radiation Use Licence
* Full Australian working rights
* A genuine passion for patient care and healthcare excellence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to learn, develop and embrace new challenges
* A collaborative and professional approach to working within a team environment
Recruitment Process
Applications for the 2027 Graduate Radiographer Program will be accepted from 1 June 2026 until 30 June 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted throughout July 2026 to participate in interviews with local hiring leaders and modality representatives. Successful candidates will commence employment on 18 January 2027.
