**Senior Pharmacist (Oncology) Role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team in the Department of Medical Oncology. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the efficient performance of our Cancer Services Pharmacy service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to ensuring the management of the Cancer Services Pharmacy team, including the provision of pharmacy services associated with the Department of Medical Oncology.
* Work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Provide education and training to junior staff members on pharmacy practices and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
Requirements:
* Eligibility for registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to practice as a Pharmacist.
* A minimum of three years of practising as a registered Hospital Pharmacist, with experience in medical oncology pharmacy.
* Demonstrated effective communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Proven capacity to organise a complex workload with advanced leadership skills.

Employment Details:
Positions available: Temporary Full-Time (6 months). Part-time will be considered.
Remuneration: $***** to $***** per hour + super + annual leave loading.
