About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to manage and drive marketing activities across the business. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, analysing market trends, and strengthening brand presence across digital and in-store channels. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can take ownership of marketing functions and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business operations.

* Salary: $78,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to guide decisions
* Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing initiatives
* Coordinate marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, and in-store promotions
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
* Support brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
* Liaise with suppliers and external partners for joint promotions and campaigns
* Drive customer engagement initiatives to support sales growth
* Support seasonal campaigns and product-focused promotions
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time work experience
* Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical marketing actions
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Experience in retail, FMCG, or fresh produce industry preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
