ACS Group is an Industrial Solutions company that has successfully positioned itself in the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing Sectors. Established in 2009 ACS has established crews for maintenance, service and projects and are looking for an experienced industrial electrician to be a part of our leadership team.
This role will see you provide technical assistance, day to day operational direction, and support to our team of field technicians to ensure quality and productivity objectives are met; and that our work and team members support our client's business production and needs. As our Supervisor, you will plan, quote and oversee schedules of work along with managing team members on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
This role will primarily include, but not be limited to;
* Guide and supervise the team, contractors in Safety, Efficiency and Quality.
* Prepare SWMS and JSAs.
* Assist the allocating team to ensure the most effective utilisation of resources, planning and scheduling.
* Liaise with key customers.
* Develop and grow a high performing team that is driven by delivering exceptional customer service.
The Person
As the ideal person for the role you will have:
* Commitment to workplace health and safety.
* 3+ years of supervisory experience in the role extensive experience working within a Field Services team with exposure in leading and engaging a high performing team.
* You will need to have a Can-Do attitude.
* You will be a proven leader holding an outstanding track record in developing talent from the ground up including developing mentoring programs.
* Previous experience within the manufacturing industry is a MUST.
* You have a customer centric focus with the ability to drive the service delivery with a customer first approach.
* Ability to work in a fast paced; changing work environment.
* Proven experience on both breakdown and preventative maintenance.
* Fault finding and problem solving skills and experience.
* Commitment to quality and detail.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
