The Opportunity
* Support the delivery of high‐quality, play‐based learning programs
* Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and Teachers
* Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
* Contribute to establishing a positive centre culture from day one
* Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
* Assist with daily routines and centre operations
About You
* Passion for early childhood education and care
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Strong understanding of the EYLF (or willingness to learn)
* Positive, team‐focused attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
* Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
