About the Role
We are seeking a values‐driven Truck Driver for the Caloundra Store and Warehouse. The role involves handling the movement of goods in and out of the store and supporting productivity of the Family Stores and warehouse, in line with the TSA mission.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to all donors and customers.
* Coordinate the pickup and delivery of furniture and donated goods as per instructions from the relevant Family Store Manager and the written schedule, in accordance with WH&S manual handling procedures and protocols.
* Safely load and unload trucks.
* Maintain stock to required standards and ensure goods are stored and rotated appropriately.
* Understand and determine the value of brands and quality products and carry out procedures related to TSA pickup protocols.
* Coordinate and remove waste to the Refuse Facility.
* Provide retail floor assistance as needed, including sorting, pricing and moving stock.
* Maintain a safe, clean and uncluttered workspace.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in driving/operating vehicles.
* Current valid Driver's Licence.
* National Coordinated Criminal History Check is required (International Police Check if applicable).
* Previous experience in a customer‐facing role.
* Competent computer skills and ability to use software applications to complete work and training goals.
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* A reasonable level of fitness to carry out duties such as standing, sitting, walking for long periods, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and climbing ladders.
* All duties performed in accordance with WH&S policies and procedures.
