Your Role
As a Community Support Worker you will help turn ordinary days into extraordinary ones. You will be an adventurer, cheerleader, life coach, and all‑heart supporter for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Adventure Guide – help clients try current activities and engage in the community.
- Skill Builder – teach life skills with patience and enthusiasm to help clients become their best selves.
- Care Guru – provide personal care support as needed.
- Behaviour Whisperer – implement personalized behaviour plans with professionalism.
- Family Connector – share progress and updates with clients’ families.
- Transport Legend – chauffeur clients to programs in our van.
- Admin Wizard – record notes and keep organisational processes running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience in the disability sector.
- Confidence in supporting clients who may display challenging behaviours.
- Comfortable with personal care tasks.
- Resilient, confident, and positive attitude.
- Creative and adaptable.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Position Details
Permanent part‑time role – 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Availability between 7 AM – 9 PM, Monday to Friday is required. Life’s all about balance, so we’ll try to be flexible where it counts.
Requirements
Successful candidates must be vaccinated against COVID‑19 and transparent NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record checks.
