Temporary receptionist required for an immediate start in Kewdale. Full Time hours, Monday to Friday.
**The Company**
Our client is experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Receptionist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a receptionist to get themselves into work as eary as tomorrow.
**The Role**
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a receptionist with your key responsibilities including:
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
- Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
- Ensuring common areas are set up for visits, and kept tidy after use
- Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
- Possibly undertaking accounting responsibilities, data entry and general adhoc duties.
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Assisting with mail as required
- Printing and filing media articles.
