We are currently looking for an experienced AdminExecutive to join our team at V2 Retail Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling a range of administrative responsibilities, along with practical experience in managing technical systems and equipment. (Genset, Panel, Electricity, ETC.)
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of essential office systems, such as air conditioning (AC), electrical panels, and generators (Genset).
* Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and transportation for employees.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
* Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling and planning for office events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in handling technical equipment such as ACs, panels, and Gensets.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience with travel bookings and coordinating logistics.
* A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring smooth office operations.
