Conduct internal and supplier process audits to maintain quality assurance.
Manage quality control plans, inspections, and procedures.
Analyze and report on key quality metrics and KPIs.
Facilitate root cause analysis for quality issues and lead corrective actions.
Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
The Successful Applicant Demonstrated experience in Quality Control within engineering or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and industry codes (e.g., AS/NZS 1554, AS/NZS ISO 3834, ISO 9001:2015).
Certification such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
