Base pay range

A$109,857.00/yr - A$144,444.00/yr

Employment Type: Full Time Exempt (contract up to August 2026)

Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2/3

Location: St Leonards

The Opportunity

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing a broad range of generalist human resource advice and services to portfolio clients, using effective partnering and workforce knowledge to help business units achieve strategic, operational and performance goals. The focus is on managing people issues within the employee experience, safe workplace and constructive culture.

Eligibility Requirements

* Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
* Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents; temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.
* This is an NSW Health Category B position.
