The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Metro North West team in Victoria. The Supervisor will manage the day‐to‐day operations and development of field staff across multiple water and wastewater projects.
* Lead, coach, and develop field crews across several projects.
* Identify and resolve project issues that affect delivery.
* Build lasting relationships with field crews, project teams and customers.
* Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators.
You Will Bring
* Experience with water main renewals, capital projects to WSAA / MRWA standards or pipeline relining technologies (spiral wound PVC, CIPP) is desirable.
* Proven recruiting and managing self‐performing teams.
* Experience supervising and managing subcontractors.
* Planning onsite works including people, plant, equipment, subcontractors and materials.
* Ability to work on sites across the Melbourne Metro and Western Melbourne areas.
