About the Role
Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury Clinics. In this role you will deliver the highest standards of service to our patients, referrers and community.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
* Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system – Visage to set appointments.
* Maximising Efficiency: Keep operations running smoothly by managing appointments and resources.
* Referrals: Act on patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
* Prepping Patients: Communicate clearly with patients about preparation, cost estimates and other requirements.
* Oversee all front‐desk duties on a Monday to Friday basis.
