Overview
Our client, aFederal Government supplier, is seeking an experiencedDocumentation and Process Specialistto support the delivery and adoption of theDefence ERP (SAP S/4HANA)program. This role will focus on developing high-quality documentation frameworks, supporting procurement process alignment, and enabling effective knowledge transfer across Defence.
The successful candidate will work closely with Defence stakeholders, technical teams, and industry partners to ensure documentation, processes, and workflows are aligned with Defence policy and best practice.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
* Provide guidance to technical writers on best-practice information and documentation strategies.
* Develop and maintain templates to support consistent artefact creation.
* Support the development of documented information forming the knowledge base for processes and policies within the Defence ERP system.
* Specify, map, and implement effective business processes through improvements in systems, practices, and organisational change.
* Collaborate with Defence stakeholders to ensure procurement processes and workflows align with Defence policy within the ERP environment.
* Support Defence ERP adoption by identifying required uplifts across process, policy, and training.
* Liaise with Defence and industry stakeholders to support procurement outcomes.
Qualifications
Some of the essential skills and experiences our ideal candidate will possess:
* Prior transactional experience withSAP S/4HANA, including navigating SAP ERP environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement experience withinDefence or public sectorenvironments.
* Demonstrated experience developing documentation frameworks and structured information artefacts.
* Understanding ofCommonwealth Procurementactivities across theprocure-to-payvalue chain.

Clearance:AGSVA Baseline (already existing and willingness to upgrade to NV1)
