We're looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to help shape vibrant Stockland Halcyon Land Lease communities across the Moreton Bay Region.
Based in Brisbane with travel to site, this role is your chance to bring project visions to life through innovative, customer-focused marketing.
Whether you're stepping up from a coordinator role or bringing years of built form experience, you'll be part of something meaningful—creating places people are proud to call home.
What you'll do Develop and deliver local marketing strategies that reflect each project's unique vision and values.
Use the Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) framework to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales targets.
Manage eDMs, social media content, and customer communications with creativity and precision.
Collaborate with external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
Analyse data and competitor activity to inform campaign decisions and optimise performance.
Contribute to project planning, liveability strategies, and community development initiatives.
Travel regularly to project sites to stay connected with the customer experience and local context.
Manage local customer events for homebuyers and homeowners About You You're a confident marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You're ready to take ownership of your work and bring fresh ideas to the table.
You understand the power of place and the importance of connecting with communities.
Experience Skills That Count 3–5 years' experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to built form developments or land lease communities.
Backgrounds in shopping centres, tourism, or project marketing are highly valued.
Experience selling homes or working with builders is a plus.
Strong project management skills and experience working with external agencies.
Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Budget management and reporting experience.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
