Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive management and review of a portfolio of customers. This role will support Relationship Managers in reviewing and administering the portfolio through delivery of exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage customer portfolios in consultation with Relationship Managers to deliver professional fleet services.
* Capture business potential, maximise client renewal, and reduce costs through increased fleet optimisation.
* Regularly review customer fleets, addressing exceptions by managing key reports such as invalid odometer readings and utilisation reports.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
