Our operations are characterised by strong safety, technical and project delivery performance whether in capital and major cities, regional towns, or remote and challenging locations.About the RoleSCEE Electrical are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team on the CBESS project in Collie on a 10/4 or 5/2 DIDO roster. As an Electrical Supervisor with us you will be responsible for ensuring all of the electrical works for the project are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.In addition, some of your key tasks will include;Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.Participate in Quality Assurance audits.Liaise with client and contractor representatives.Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.About YouTo be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence.
