Transform the banking experience with a role that combines customer service, sales, and relationship building. As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and work in a collaborative team environment. Experience in technology and digital channels is an advantage. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions
* Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives
* Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures
