Senior Hospital Sales Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch of a breakthrough Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) therapy across targeted hospitals in Australia.
* Drive product adoption through education, clinical support and relationship building
* Identify and engage key stakeholders in Stroke Units, Emergency Departments, and Telestroke networks
* Facilitate and deliver in-hospital education sessions, peer-to-peer meetings and evening launch events
* Represent the brand at conferences and promotional events
* Achieve sales targets and education delivery KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities
* Manage territory planning, reporting and budget allocation
You will be required to build strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Travel interstate and work flexible hours including evenings when required.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in hospital sales or Key Account Management in pharma or related industries
* Strong stakeholder engagement and territory management skills
* Ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals
* High level of clinical knowledge especially in AIS, stroke or emergency care
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
