About the role
The Batemans Bay Warehouse is looking for team members to work across both weekends and weekdays. Shifts run from opening to closing store times to provide the best experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide the best customer experience across the store
* Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
* Serve customers with a smile at the checkout registers
* Join a supportive, inclusive team that makes a difference in the community and has fun doing it
Qualifications
* Passionate about helping others and eager to learn and grow
* Genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
* Act with integrity, be safe and do your best
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends

* Successful candidates will have an online video interview (15 minutes)
* Selected candidates will be invited to an onsite meet and greet with leaders (20 minutes)
