The Role We are looking for a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at
Hype DC Indooroopilly. As the
Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high‑performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for our customers and achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Build a world‑class team and create a magical vibe within the store.
Drive financial sales goals and metrics for a multimillion dollar store.
Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
Place the customer at the core of everyday business decisions and deliver memorable experiences 100% of the time.
Create a people‑first culture by empowering and developing talent.
Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results.
Recruit, select and onboard all recent team members.
Deliver a seamless omni‑channel experience to consumers in‑store, including preparation of online orders.
Maintain visual merchandising excellence and ensure the store is a best‑in‑class environment.
Ensure the store is both fun and a safe place for customers and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Team player with a hunt for excellence across sales, operations and loss prevention.
Experience and authentic passion for delivering best‑in‑class memorable experiences.
Coach who can motivate, inspire and elevate a large team of brand ambassadors.
Retail Store Manager experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Motivated and driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying missed opportunities and driving sales and KPIs.
Effective roster management and proven ability to achieve wage control.
