Role Impact
As an advisor to the Managing Director, this will be a high impact and broad role, with exposure across strategy, treasury, project operations, and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and strategic planning for the group.
* Provide insights and decision support to aid critical business decisions.
* Work closely with the investments team in identifying and executing on strategic investment and growth opportunities.
* Manage a capable team of five in finance and drive continued best‐practice improvements.
Qualifications
* Experienced finance executives from property development or construction.
* Background in a top finance role preferred; strong second‐in‐command candidates also considered.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage through change.
* Track record of driving process and system consolidation in a robust growth environment.
