Border Express currently has exciting opportunities available for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Perth Airport Branch to be based in our phones team.
Responsibilities
* Action customer inquiries promptly and respond with professionalism across all channels: email, webforms, chats, and phone calls.
* Provide a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders.
* Raise queries in the internal ticketing system and carry out investigations to provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
Qualifications & Skills
* Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems and multitask between high‐priority tickets, calls, and reporting.
* Transport, logistics or high‐volume customer service experience highly desirable.
* Well‐developed time management, communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Initiative, drive and willingness to be an active member of the team.
* Strong written, verbal and listening skills essential.
* Ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with customers.
* Strong attention to detail.
